Frequently Asked Questions
How do I create a wholesale account?
Click Log In / Register and select Sign up. Enter your business details (name, address, phone number) plus your email address and a password. We’ll email to confirm we’ve received your application, then review it within 2 working days. Once approved, you’ll receive an email confirming your account is active and you can log in to access the latest brochures, price list and offers.
Is there a minimum order value?
Most products are sold in packs or case quantities, but we don't apply a minimum order value and we offer free delivery on orders over £250 (before VAT). Once you’re logged in, you’ll see pack sizes. If you’re unsure what’s best for your store type, we can recommend a starter mix.
What is the typical lead time?
All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding bank holidays), from stock held in Scotland, but lead times can vary based on product availability. Once you’re registered, we’ll confirm current lead times for the items you’re interested in (and advise on best alternatives if something is temporarily unavailable).
Do you provide RRPs?
Yes - we provide recommended retail prices as part of our trade information, so you can price consistently and protect margin
Can I request samples before placing an order?
Yes - samples are available for registered trade customers. Once you’ve created a wholesale account, tell us what categories you’re interested in and the type of store you have, and we’ll advise the most relevant sample options.
Can you recommend a starter pack for my store type?
Absolutely. If you tell us your store type (e.g., gift shop, visitor attraction, online, toy store) and what customers typically buy, we can recommend a curated starter mix of bestsellers to help you test what performs before you scale.
Can you ship to multiple store locations?
Yes - we can support multi-site businesses. When you register (or get in touch), let us know how many locations you have and the best way you’d like orders managed, and we’ll advise the simplest setup.
Do you supply businesses outside the UK?
We can supply trade customers outside the UK, but availability, shipping options and lead times will vary by destination. Register for a wholesale account (or contact the team) and we’ll confirm the best shipping options for your location.
