How to start your custom order
If you have an idea, we can work with you. All you need to do is contact our team with any designs or product concepts, and we will take you through the entire process, starting with our first meeting. We will always aim to deliver the product you imagined for your business.

What type of custom orders are available?
Whatever product you want to create, we can help. We can create bespoke soft toys, keyrings and other accessories. You just need to share your idea, and we will produce the design, manufacture and even deliver the products.
Do you have a minimum order for custom products?
To use our custom orders service, we do have a minimum order requirement of 1,800 units
Do I work with you as part of the design process?
Absolutely, we can’t do this without you. Even if you have the beginnings of an idea, that’s enough for us to start the process. We have a team of experienced designers who have produced hundreds of designs, so we know the ins and outs of creating bespoke accessories. All you need to do is get in touch, and we can start the ball rolling.
Do I need to provide a finalised design?
No, a sketch, reference, a logo or even bullet points for a design are enough to get started. We can help finalise the product for manufacturing.
Are samples available for custom products?
NEED TO CONFIRM Once we have finalised the design for your custom order, we will send over a X file for you to review and ensure you are happy before the product moves into the manufacturing process.
How much do custom products cost?

How long does the process take?

Yes, we will work with you for all aspects of the process, and that includes manufacturing and delivery.
